Our Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges Policies

The following outlines ESP Metal Products & Crafts shipping, returns, and exchanges policies for products purchased in our online store.

Shipping Policy

Whenever possible, ESP Metal Products & Crafts will ship all items by UPS ground service. If package size or weight precludes this, ESP Metal Products & Crafts will ship with UPS Freight or some other common carrier as determined by our logistics department.

 Premium service such as next day air is available at an additional cost.

The cost of the packaging and/or crating will be added to the initial freight fee.

International Orders

ESP Metal Products & Crafts, Inc. will ship international orders to US based freight forwarders. Payment is to be in US dollars. We accept credit cards (VISA, M/C, Discovery) or wire transfers.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Unless the return is due to an ESP Metal Products & Crafts error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping charges must be prepaid. ESP Metal Products & Crafts will not be responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Once an item is inspected, ESP Metal Products & Crafts will issue a refund, exchange or credit for the value of the item, including taxes, less applicable restocking fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless the return is due to an ESP Metal Products & Crafts error.
  • Items damaged in shipping must be reported to ESP Metal Products & Crafts within 24 hours of delivery. This will enable us to make the appropriate claims with the shipping company.
